A rare and amazing opportunity to step into an apparel brand as an Area Manager, this portfolio will see you oversee 5 locations in QLD. They are looking for an area manager who demonstrate empathy and determination to surpass expectations and can hit the floor running.

The Candidate:

Min 2 years Muti Site Management experience in a high volume and fast paced environment

Motivate each store to achieve and deliver on sales, KPIs, wages, shrink & productivity targets

The ability to implementing systems and procedures to improve the business performance and efficiency within each store

Solid analytical skills, business acumen and practical application

The ability to support, coach and train a successful team

On Offer:

Up to $85k base + super + car allowance (base salary dependent on experience)

Monday to Friday roster with occasional Saturdays
