The role
An established product company in the music industry are looking to bring on Staff Engineer to help shape the direction of their technology and serve as a trusted technical leader. You'll be responsible for architecting and evolving critical systems and ensuring alignment across multiple teams.

About you
You are a product engineer with experience as a:

• technical leader, acting as force multiplier;
• mentor fostering continuous improvement;
• collaborator between product, design and engineering leadership;
• technical strategist and architect;
• Python/Django software engineer with large scale experience - designing & optimising large scale APIs, ability to improve a mature complex codebase, and handle high traffic applications.
