Project Human Resources is a leading boutique human resources agency in Subiaco that specialises in white collar recruitment and HR consulting within mining & resources, engineering, HR and business support.

We are seeking expressions of interest from skilled and driven engineering professionals within Mechanical, Electrical, Design and related disciplines to support our diverse client base on upcoming projects in 2025. These opportunities span across a range of industries including oil and gas, mining, engineering, construction, mining services etc.

Positions we’re looking for:

We are looking for the following positions to be filled on a contract basis. These contract lengths will vary between clients:

• Project Engineers – Experience in project coordination, leadership and delivery
• Mechanical Engineers – Expertise in design, development, testing or manufacturing processes
• Mechanical Design Engineers – A flair for innovation and proficiency in design tools and solutions
• Electrical Engineers – Experience in systems design, maintenance and project delivery

About You:

• An Australian recognised degree (Bachelors or Masters) qualification in a relevant and recognised engineering discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or similar fields
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Australia
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability and eagerness to work on diverse project scopes
• Technically skilled with proficiency in industry-standard software, systems, and tools relevant to your engineering discipline
• A problem-solving attitude capable of delivering innovative solutions, both independently and within a team
• MUST HAVE sufficient experience and knowledge with feasibility studies on Greenfield areas
