The Learning Delivery Manager has a critical role to play in enabling excellence in HR practice across Australia.
The Role:
As the Learning Delivery Manager, you will be at the helm of AHRI’s education programs—ensuring they are high-quality, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead program delivery, oversee governance and compliance, and enhance learning experiences for HR professionals across Australia.
With a team of five direct reports, you will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external contractors to deliver best-in-class learning solutions. Your leadership will directly shape the learning journey of HR professionals nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee education delivery, governance, and compliance to ensure AHRI’s offerings align with industry standards and best practices.
- Ensure the compliance of AHRI’s training package qualifications on scope of registration with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) requirements, aligned to ASQA RTO Standards and other related governing bodies.
- Enhance learner satisfaction and user experiences are maximised through effective and integrated strategies of systems, processes and operations for internal and external users.
- Drive and implement AHRI’s Certification strategic objectives by directing governance for AHRI’s certification assessment and courses.
- Foster a High-Performing Team by supporting and mentoring a team of education professionals, driving a culture of excellence and innovation.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of VET sector requirements and quality assurance and compliance.
- Proven experience in HR, L&D, and capability development.
- Skilled in managing education delivery, budgets, and process improvements.
- Experience integrating LMS/CRM systems.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage teams through change.
