Our ever evolving and growing business are seeking a full time, permanent client focused Team Leader - Service Support passionate to use their skills and experience to support people on the Gold Coast to live happily in their home and community for the fullness of their life. Our new team member will support the Services Manager by providing a wide range of administrative and other duties to ensure the delivery of support services for people who are elderly and/or living with varying abilities, including:
- Day to day operational matters relating to client assessment, care planning and service delivery including referral intake and discharge processes, responding to client and carer enquiries
- Assisting the Services Manager with coordinating care, supplies, and resources to meet client support needs
- Assisting the Service Manager to guide, support and nuture staff providing direct support.
The role is based in our office situated in Nerang.

Successful applicant for this role will :
- be an experienced and competent leader who has worked in aged care and/or disability sector
- be passionate about supporting people who are elderly and/or living with a variety of abilities to live independently and socially connected to their community
- lead with kindness and a keen desire to develop the skills of the team
- understand the importance of service excellence
- enjoy interacting with people of all ages and abilities
- possess strong administration, computer, and organisational skills
- hold current First Aid / CPR qualifications (or willing to obtain)
- hold an unrestricted Drivers Licence
- obtain a NDIS Worker Clearance prior to commencement at own expense
- possess a keen sense of fun and capacity to see solutions through collaborating with others.
