We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner on an interim basis to drive critical business reporting ensuring alignment with the corporate plan and key performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver critical processes to support the corporate planning process, ensuring seamless execution and reporting Board
• Meetings and ongoing performance management processes.
• Collaborate closely with the transformation team, providing strategic guidance and execution support across the organisation.
• Manage and coordinate remote teams, ensuring effective delivery and maintaining a sphere of influence while reporting into the CFO.
• Balance transactional execution with strategic direction setting, taking a hands-on approach to team management and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience at a senior finance level within a large, multi-faceted organisation.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, ensuring key deliverables are met.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
• Experience working on large-scale business transformation initiatives, ideally in collaboration with external advisory teams.
• Track record of successfully managing remote and cross-functional teams.
