Our client, a well funded Federal Government entity focussed on helping the disability community is seeking a Senior Technical lead to join their team in May.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and direction on software development best practices
• Provide input into the architectural design and development on projects
• Provide advice and support across Technology Services Division programs, implementations and BAU
• Design repeatable software and infrastructure patterns

Criteria:

• Demonstrated 7+ years' experience as a Technical Lead, Lead DevOps engineer or similar role
• Demonstrated experience in: - designing and implementing modern cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure). - providing architectural and technical direction for software delivery teams. - implementing Infrastructure as code patterns (Terraform Enterprise) - implementing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) frameworks - building Kubernetes based applications. - high level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to difficult and complex problems. - building CI/CD pipelines and automated processes (Gitlab)
• Experience in producing highly technical documentation
• Understanding of DevOps operating models
