We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior D365 Technical Consultant / Technical Lead. This role is for someone who loves getting into the code, solving complex technical challenges, and leading by example while ensuring the success of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Get hands-on with development while leading technical solutions across D365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, etc.).
• Implement and integrate tools such as Document Core Pack and CB Dynamics 365 to SharePoint Permissions Replicator.
• Work within a larger digital transformation program, driving technical best practices and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft Partner resources and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support and mentor developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven hands-on experience in D365 CE & Power Platform development – not just leading, but actively coding and delivering.
✔ Deep expertise in system architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and partner relationships.
✔ A technical leader who can roll up their sleeves and dive into problem-solving with the team.
✔ Certifications in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform are a plus, but real-world expertise is what matters most.
