• We’re seeking a NEW-GRAD Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of community-based allied health clinicians.
• Mascot and Rouse Hill region.

You’ll join an organisation built by people with lived experience of disability, ensuring that all decisions and processes are genuinely client-centered and quality-focused. Your role will include:

• Paediatric focus – the majority of your case load will be aged under 15 years.
• Clinical, and sensory assessments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans focusing on sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living skills.
• Provide individual therapy and group therapy sessions tailored to children's needs.
• Work collaboratively with participants, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and meaningful interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and professional standards.

About you:

To launch successfully into this role, you’ll have:

• A personal desire to work a paediatric and generalist cohort
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Current driver’s license and your own transport.
