- We’re seeking a NEW-GRAD Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of community-based allied health clinicians.
- Mascot and Rouse Hill region.

You’ll join an organisation built by people with lived experience of disability, ensuring that all decisions and processes are genuinely client-centered and quality-focused. Your role will include:
- Paediatric focus – the majority of your case load will be aged under 15 years.
- Clinical, and sensory assessments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans focusing on sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living skills.
- Provide individual therapy and group therapy sessions tailored to children's needs.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and meaningful interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and professional standards.
About you:
To launch successfully into this role, you’ll have:
- A personal desire to work a paediatric and generalist cohort
- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
- Current driver’s license and your own transport.
