This leading retail and consumer products business is a massive success story, having revolutionised the sectors in which they operate and becoming a true market leader. As a long established Australian organisation, they have recently been acquired by a global listed company who are now looking to scale up the business, develop new product lines and continue expansion through enhanced global networks.

As a result of this acqusition, a brilliant opportunity has been created for a talented Finance Director to join the team. Reporting to the Global CFO, you will lead a small team of two and have a wide variety of responsibilities including:

• Ownership of monthly reporting and analysis
• Half year and full year financial reporting to international parent utilising IFRS
• Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Building financial models and identifying areas of opportunity
• Business case preparation
• Tax compliance
• Inventory management, reporting and analysis
• Oversee AP/AR/Payroll
• Continually developing and improving processes
• Ad hoc projects

To be considered for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have 10-15+ years experience from complex organisations (open on industry) and have a strong background across both financial reporting (IFRS, consolidations, FX translations etc) and FPA. You will also be an excellent communicator, have strong leadership skills and enjoy improving processes within a fast paced environment.
