Join a leading Property Development & Hospitality Group as their new Finance Director, where you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the finance team and guiding the wider business through its continued growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture;
• Streamline financial processes and reporting to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company grows;
• Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations that drive profitability and improve overall business performance;
• Prepare and present comprehensive board packs to senior stakeholders, highlighting key financial insights and performance metrics;
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, management accounts, and statutory filings;
• Ensure robust financial governance by managing compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements, while proactively addressing potential financial risks;
• Guide the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, using data to ensure alignment with company objectives; and
• Manage the company’s tax obligations and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, minimising risk.

Qualifications / Experience

• CA/CPA qualified
• 5+ years experience in a senior finance position;
• Experience in a Big-4/mid-tier audit environment;
• Demonstrated experience in hospitality, retail, and/or property development sectors; and
• Proven experience in managing and leading a finance team, with a focus on fostering collaboration, driving performance, and supporting team development.
