Global medical devices business establishing their Australian operations, looking for an experienced production engineer.

Our client is a globally renowned organisation in the med device industry, with over 5000 employees worldwide.

Description

Your day could look like:

• Overseeing the technical running of 3 x 3D printing lines - plastic and metal
• Supporting a team of machine operators as an SME
• Conducting QA checks - CAPA and RCA
• Evaluating production process and implementing workflow improvements
• Project management and working with intenral and external stakeholders
• Using 2D and 3D drawing using autoCAD/CAM
• Creating and revising SOPs as required

Profile

Our ideal candidate is degree qualified in engineering (mechanical or mechatronics) with a background in manufacturing of medical devices, plastics, IT hardware or any additive processes.

You will also have:

• Full working rights (PR or Australian citizenship)
• Experience with CAD/CAM
• Strong communication skills
