Experienced Senior Project Manager required to help deliver a multimillion-dollar major data centre project

Your new role

As an Electrical Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project teams and using both internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. You will oversee one high-profile, major data centre project, managing various stakeholders, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated ability to deliver large, high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both clients and the company.
  
• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience, preferably in the data centre industry, but open to candidates with T1 complex commercial construction experience.
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement is essential. Have the proven ability to engage stakeholders and build positive business partnerships. Communicate effectively with senior management and subcontractors.
  
• The ability to deliver projects to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring margin and profitability are maintained or improved.
  
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and effectively in a matrix environment. Ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and provide direction. Excellent verbal and written skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or trade-based relevant qualification and/or post-graduate qualification or relevant experience.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  
• Based in Australia, full permanent working rights
