Key Duties

Crafting and presenting lessons: Captivate young minds with engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to individual student needs.

Evaluating student progress: Use diverse assessment methods, including tests, projects, and observations, to offer valuable feedback.

Establishing a positive classroom environment: Foster respect and inclusivity, effectively managing behaviour to create a conducive learning space.

Tailoring instruction: Accommodate various learning styles and abilities to ensure every student thrives academically and socially.

Maintaining communication with parents/guardians: Share updates on student performance and collaborate on strategies for enhanced learning.

Engaging in professional growth: Collaborate with peers to exchange ideas and resources, contributing to a supportive local community.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications in Education: Completed relevant bachelor qualifications in early childhood education or working towards

Working rights: Have unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Experience: At least one or two years of experience would be preferred, but open to new graduates.

References: Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references within the last 2 years.
