Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure commercial facade projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards by coordinating all aspects of planning and execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, changes, and issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align expectations and project goals.
• Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and project teams.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the facade industry.
• Holds an education qualification in project management, construction, or engineering.
• Extensive technical expertise in commercial facade systems and construction methodologies.
• Well-versed in building codes, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver complex projects.
