First National Real Estate are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Leader to manage and lead our expanding rent roll.

First National on the Tweed have been around for more than 30 years and is built around family values of trust, ethics and service to our valued clients. Owned and operated by the Charlton Family, the Tweed City branch was opened 16 years ago and grown rapidly since that time.

Who are we seeking…………?

Over the last few years we have seen amazing growth in our managements. In tern, we continue to grow our team to ensure clients have an above average level of service.

You will be the main contact to about 170 property owners, servicing them to the highest standards, and keeping them abreast of how their property is tracking and always seeking to add value to their investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To include but not limited to:

* Portfolio based management of 170 plus properties with an assistant and leasing assistant

* Overseeing leasing and lease renewals team to keep your landlords happy with good tenants

* Overseeing entry, exit and routine inspections on a wide variety of properties

* Preparing for and attending NCAT when required

* Oversee the Property Management team

You will need to be highly motivated to service our clients to the best of your ability. You can't be afraid to have those hard conversations that may arise from time to time. You will be proactive rather than reactive towards your work and you will be comfortable engaging with emerging technology. Ideally you will have enjoyed 3 years prior experience working in a property management team. You will be able to work autonomously when required but will also be able to function well within a team. You will have empathy and patients which will allow you to better guide and educate your team if needed.
