Build, Grow & Lead a AI & Data Consulting Division

An established and highly respected technology consulting firm with a blue-chip customer base is seeking an experienced leader to build, grow, and scale a new AI & Data consulting division. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with an exceptional reputation, strong existing client relationships (ASX-listed businesses), and significant investment to support this new practice.
You’ll be stepping into a greenfield opportunity with the full backing of the CEO and executive team. Leveraging the company’s existing enterprise customer base and proven delivery capability, you’ll have the autonomy and resources to build a high-performing BI & Data consulting team. This is your chance to shape a practice from the ground up, with a focus on pre-sales, solution delivery, and scaling the business.

• $250k base + Super + Commission (OTE $310k+ year one; six-figure commissions year two)

About You

• Proven experience in AI & Data consulting with a track record of pre-sales and delivery
• Ability to build and lead a team of consultants and data professionals
• Commercial acumen to identify and expand new business opportunities
• Confident engaging with C-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data strategy, analytics, AI solutions, and modern data platforms
