About the Role:
Our client is a leading supplier and installer of passive fire protection systems with a highly experienced leadership team, and a dedication to providing cost effective solutions to their clients.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This includes contract management, cost reporting, labour coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet operational and financial targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Project & Contract Management – Oversee project execution, ensure contract compliance, manage risks, variations, and progress claims
• Labour & Subcontractor Coordination – Manage workforce allocation, subcontractor performance, and on-site quality control
• Financial & Cost Control – Track project costs, collaborate on forecasting, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Safety & Compliance – Implement OH&S and QA plans, conduct site audits, and uphold safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in project management within the commercial construction industry – ideally with fire rated doors and associated products
• Proven ability to manage contracts, costs, and labour efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate project challenges
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• QBCC license is highly desirable
