About the Position
We are seeking a General Manager to lead this successful club and drive operational excellence. With a salary of $100K + super, this role offers a great opportunity to oversee a well-supported team and contribute to the club's ongoing success. You'll have the chance to implement new initiatives, enhance member experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while enjoying the benefits of regional living.
Position Description
- Oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day management across Food, Beverage, and Gaming operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a strong team across all departments.
- Drive membership growth and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, gaming laws, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Work closely with the Board to implement strategic plans and drive business development.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in a General Manager or Senior Club Management role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff management and development.
- Sound financial acumen with proven experience managing business financials.
- Proven experience building relationships with local communities and members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiencies.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, including liquor, gaming, and HR/IR regulations.
- Strong desire to relocate to a beautiful part of regional NSW!
