Launchpad Early Learning Centre Diamond Creek is looking for a Room Leader and Assistant Educators to join our growing team.

Our beautiful centre has extensive resources and child centric, engaging and natural outdoor spaces; we aim to set our Educators and our little people up for success!

We would love to welcome organised, enthusiastic and dedicated Educators with great communication skills to be a Room Leader or a Room Assistant.

Previous experience as a Room Leader for the Room Leader role is essential. Our Room Leaders need to be confident to lead their new team, implement an engaging and diverse indoor/outdoor program, nurture warm relationships with all stakeholders and model best practise.

We need passionate Educators who can build wonderful relationships with our children and our families and help run welcoming, engaging and dynamic rooms and programs. Situated just minutes from the heart of Diamond Creek, we have ample opportunities for community engagement and connections through our exciting Out and About programs.

We have a dedicated off the floor Educational Leader who is highly skilled and knowledgeable and is integral to driving our curriculum and excellent outcomes for our children and an off the floor WHS Officer to guide and support with all things safety and wellbeing.

We run extra curricular programs including Music, Dance, Sport, Art and STEM.

ABOUT YOU:

You're an experienced Room Leader or a passionate Educator and have the ability to implement a dynamic indoor/outdoor Education program.

You are passionate about the Early Years and are able to create strong and nurturing relationships with children and their families.

You have excellent verbal and written communication and actively seek and provide feedback.

You have strong knowledge of the EYLF, the cycle of programming and reflection and embedding the Child Safe Standards.

You can create and implement effective classroom routines, smooth transition times and maintain a presentable and inclusive classroom.

You enjoy contributing ideas to the program, the QIP and other initiatives such as our RAP, Bush Kinder program and Sustainability.

You enjoy helping children partake in their wider community and make meaningful connections.

You can confidently guide and mentor your team and lead in a way that means everyone can reach their potential.
