The Ideal Room Leader or Diploma Educator candidate:

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
• A person who is professional and respectful of the sector.
• Someone who takes pride in working in Early Childhood Education
• A candidate that is reliable, honest, hard-working and passionate
• A great communicator and willing to go the extra mile
  
  The ideal candidate will:
• Holds a diploma in Children’s services
• Have previous Room Leader experience
• Has a current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (HLTAID004)
• Hold a current Working with Children Card
