Redstone has partnered with a large aged care provider (NFP) with a home in the Newcastle/Hunter Region. Reporting to the Facility Manager you will oversee the clinical operations of a medium-sized home along with the floor staff and support team.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
• Multi-year experience in aged care (step up)
• Proven track record of experience in a similar clinical role
• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
