PSG are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support a CRM implementation and digital transformation project for one of our long-standing clients. This role involves an intensive, time-sensitive engagement lasting 4-8 weeks, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional to work alongside a Senior Business Analyst. As the Business Analyst, you will assist in mapping current and future state processes, gathering business requirements, and supporting project documentation.

This position is ideal for a Business Analyst who is available immediately with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in CRM implementations and digital transformation. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively engage with stakeholders, and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this important project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst to map current state processes, identify inefficiencies, and document workflows.
• Assist in designing future state processes that align with business goals and CRM capabilities.
• Collect, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct research and analysis to support gap assessments between current and future state processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of process documentation, meeting minutes, and project reports, ensuring transparency throughout the project.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
• Ensure all documentation and analysis comply with relevant policies, data governance, and regulatory standards.

Required skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process mapping, business process reengineering, or CRM-related projects.
• Exposure to CRM implementations and an understanding of how digital solutions improve business processes.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with experience in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior team members and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and gather business requirements.
• Understanding of digital transformation and a proactive willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying areas for business process improvement.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality work within tight deadlines (4-8 weeks).
• Experience in local government projects or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their impact on service delivery.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Promapp or similar process mapping tools.
