Haven Ultrasound is a Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ultrasound service with three sites on the Gold Coast, Greenslopes and Auchenflower. We strive to deliver exceptional Obstetric and tertiary Gynaecology ultrasound alongside Maternal Fetal Medicine and COGU specialists for high and low risk pregnancies. Our goal is to create a professional, supportive and amazing ultrasound service in a beautifully stylish environment.

About the role

We are looking for someone to work across our 2 locations in Brisbane at Auchenflower and Greenslopes we are open to Part-time or Full-time for the right candidate who ideally has experience in medical administration/receptionist, however we are willing to train for the right applicant. You will work closely with the Administration Team Leader and Administration Manager working on front reception and your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering calls and greeting customers as they enter and checking them in
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Collecting and entering patient details into software
• Attending to emails
• Scanning referrals and results into software
• Placing orders
• Administrative assistance to team leaders, practice manager and specialists teams
• Billing medicare and receiving and processing payments
• Experience in Genie/Gentu Software is strongly desired
• Experience with medicare billing is strongly desired
• Experience in Viewpoint Software desirable
• Experience in a radiology/ultrasound practice is strongly desirable
