Position Overview:

As a Pallet Repairer, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring pallets to ensure they meet high-quality standards for reuse in the supply chain. You'll work with power tools, machinery, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that each pallet is repaired efficiently and safely. Your role will be essential in maintaining the flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect pallets for damage and identify areas that need repair
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machines to repair and restore pallets to their original condition
• Ensure repaired pallets meet safety and quality standards
• Keep track of repaired pallets and report any issues to management
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production and quality goals

What You Need:

• Recent experience in construction, labouring, or a similar role
• Full working rights (no restrictions)
• Full driver's license.
• Be able to pass a full medical and drug/alcohol test
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail to ensure every pallet is repaired to perfection
• A team-first attitude and commitment to safety.
• Be able to pass a Drug/alcohol screen and medical.
