Shift: Morning (6am-2pm), Afternoon (2pm-10pm).

Payrate: $35-$40

About the role

Our client, a global leader in pallet and container pooling solutions, is seeking a dedicated Pallet Repairer to join the team in Direk SA. This role involves ensuring the quality and safety of wooden pallets through inspection, repair, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess damaged pallets for repairability.
• Perform repairs by replacing or fixing damaged components (e.g., boards, nails, or hardware).
• Safely operate hand held tools and power tools.
• Ensure repaired pallets meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Recent experience in pallet repair, woodworking, or a similar role.
• Full working rights (with no restrictions)
• Driver's License + reliable transport.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and handle pallets regularly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
