About the ROLE:

We are looking for motivated and reliable Food Process Workers to join our team at our Altona North facility. This role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring high-quality standards in every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating food processing machinery and equipment
• Handling raw materials and finished products (including raw meats)
• Packing and labeling food items according to company standards
• Following strict hygiene and safety procedures
• Performing general cleaning and maintenance of the production area
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience in food manufacturing or process work
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
✔️ Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
✔️ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
✔️ Must have full working rights in Australia
