About the Role and Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping our people and culture strategy while managing key HR functions, including:

• Implement and oversee HR systems, including the rollout of a new HR system to improve processes.
• Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and the company handbook.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience for all staff.
• Lead performance management and staff development, supporting training and growth opportunities.
• Build positive relationships and ensure a supportive and compliant workplace.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, and ensure we are compliant with employment laws and industry best practices.
• Assist with payroll processes (experience with Reckon and Deputy is desirable).
• Drive a strong, values-based, inclusive workplace culture, that supports engagement and wellbeing.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals and objectives.
• Help to lead and support change initiatives across the organisation.

About You – Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with payroll management software (Reckon and Deputy experience desirable).
• Proficiency in HR Management Software and a keen eye for process improvements.
• Change management experience (highly desirable).
• A passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
