About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join an award-winning real estate agency in Bunbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a well-maintained portfolio while enjoying strong leadership support and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 60-100 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee leasing activities, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lease negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, property record management, and maintenance requests.
- Utilise the company’s user-friendly CRM systems to maintain accurate records

Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or as an assistant property manager.
- Cert IV in Property Management or Sales Representative license, with current DMIRS registration.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and alignment with company culture.
- Valid driver’s license.
