Senior Project Manager
Location: Sydney CBD (On-site, 5 days a week)
Contract: 12-Month Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a team within the insurance/financial sector. This role will be to deliver key workplace transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage workplace related projects in an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee supplier and vendor management, including contract negotiations, procurement, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with other relevant industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.
• Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager of 7 years minimum back to back.
• Strong background in supplier/vendor management and procurement.
• Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to the insurance sector or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of CPS 230 regulations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
