Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive men's health assessments and interventions in remote clinics and community settings.
• Deliver health education and support on men's specific health issues, including prostate health, cardiovascular health, and mental health.
• Conduct health screenings and promote preventative health measures.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Workers, GPs, and other allied health professionals.
• Participate in community health initiatives and programs related to men's health.

Essential Criteria:

• REC (Remote Emergency Care) (desirable)
• ALS (Advanced Life Support)
• NT iStat competency (desirable).

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Extensive experience in general nursing, with a strong interest or experience in men's health.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly desirable.
• Current certifications in:
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with men from diverse backgrounds.
