Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive child health assessments and interventions in remote community settings.
• Deliver immunisation programs and health education to families.
• Manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses.
• Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Workers and other allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in community health initiatives and programs.

Essential Criteria:

• REC (Remote Emergency Care)
• MEC (Maternal Emergency Care)
• ALS (Advanced Life Support)
• NT iStat competency.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health or equivalent.
• Remote area nursing experience is essential.
• Current certifications in:
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
