About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing administrative operations, managing office resources, and supporting the Head Office team to maintain a productive and positive work environment. Your ability to multitask, coordinate, and uphold high standards will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy implementation.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial processes to optimise office resources.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Provide student support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate events, team meetings, and office activities.
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide general support to executives and team members as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
  • Financial proficiency, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Experience assisting with payroll processing.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Familiarity with basic HR and student support practices is a plus.
