About the role

The Project Coordinator is the grease that keeps the wheels of projects turning, with the ability to manage a multitude of requirements on the fly.

As part of our PMO team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of projects within the organisation.
You will be responsible for :

• coordinating various projects, ensuring timely completion, and fostering effective communication among team members, stakeholders and external partners.
• monitoring project progress & managing resources
• coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
• maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project schedules, and status reports
• managing project billing and forecasts, and assist in monitoring project budgets, ensuring expenses align with approved financial plans.
• Engaging, informing and managing customers to ensure they have sufficient visibility of the health of the engagement

Skills & experience

• Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and
  working under pressure with competing priorities
• Experience and confidence dealing with customers
• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider/System Integrator highly regarded
• Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately report on project progress
  and outcomes to AC3 and project groups
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft office products
  (MS project, excel, Visio)
• Strong organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
• Industry certifications such as Prince 2 or PMP highly desirable
