The Opportunity
iDiC is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the Blakout team and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse and meaningful projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about creating high-quality outcomes. You will work alongside experienced professionals while growing your skills in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of multiple projects
• Supporting the management of budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and contractors
• Contributing to procurement processes, including tenders and contractor appointments
• Assisting in risk management and quality assurance to maintain high industry standards
• Supporting the preparation of project documentation, reports, and business cases

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction, or infrastructure
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
