Digital Marketing Manager – Scale a Global Beauty Brand

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to scale our marketing efforts, optimize digital channels, and turn ad spend into serious revenue. If you thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment, love maximizing ROAS, and put the customer at the heart of everything you do, this is your chance to work with a brand that beauty salons love globally.

What You’ll Own:

Paid Performance Strategy – Own, execute, and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), and other paid channels with a laser focus on profitability.
Email & Retention Strategy – Segment audiences, build automation flows (Klaviyo), and create campaigns that keep customers engaged, loyal, and coming back.
Social Strategy – Drive influencer partnerships, content, and community engagement, using data to optimize performance.
Tracking & Attribution – Leverage Google Analytics, UTM tracking, conversion APIs, and first-party data to measure and optimize every move.
Constant Innovation – Stay ahead of digital trends, test new platforms, and push boundaries in performance marketing to scale an already thriving brand.

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables):

✅ 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience – You know how to run, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with precision.
✅ Proven ROAS optimization skills – You’ve successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets and consistently driven profitable returns.
✅ Solid Facebook Marketing Experience – Yes, TikTok is exciting, but Facebook is where we dominate.
✅ Data-First Mentality – You make decisions based on insights, not guesses.
✅ Email Marketing Expertise – You understand segmentation, automation, and high-converting email strategies.
✅ Technical & Analytical Strength – You’re comfortable with analytics tools, tracking, and attribution models.
✅ Proactive & Hungry for Growth – You bring solutions, test relentlessly, and scale brands like a pro.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or emerging paid platforms.
Knowledge of SEO & organic content strategies.
A background in fashion, beauty, or ecommerce (but if you’ve delivered killer results in another industry, we want to hear about it!).
