Workfast is looking for a Customer Service Specialist & Supply Planner to join our client in Gregory Hills. Our client are a global manufacturer of automotive parts and turbo engines.

What You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain planning, customer service, or warehouse role
- Strong SAP experience in Material Management and Sales & Distribution (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety standards
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing customer service tasks, including processing sales orders, handling credit & debit notes, and managing order books
- Supplier planning, procurement execution, and forecasting raw materials & finished goods
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm production & shipping schedules
- Providing technical support for bill of materials, turbo matching, and cross-referencing
- Monitoring supply chain metrics, weekly reporting, and maintaining SAP master data
- Coordinating inbound & outbound shipments, purchase orders, and scheduling agreements
- Assisting with international & domestic freight quotations and optimizing shipments
- Supporting the Australian distribution network with lead times, availability, and special shipments
Additional Info
- Some after hours calls may be required
- Hybrid Working conditions possible after probation period
- 8.30am to 4.30pm are the standard office hours
