About the role

The Food Farm is seeking a talented and driven Retail Manager to oversee our online and in-store retail operations. This is a full-time position based in Wyong Creek, NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail business, including inventory, sales, and customer service, to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with our e-commerce and marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience across all our sales channels.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimise the performance of our online and physical retail stores
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage the customer service team
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to enhance the omnichannel customer experience
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• Proven track record of successful retail management experience, preferably in an omnichannel environment
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
• Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Relevant tertiary qualification in retail management, business, or a related field
