We are seeking applications from exciting and dynamic Fashion Managers who thrive driving sales results and incredible store standards by leading their team from the front. You will be responsible for creating a sensational customer-centric experience through your exceptional communication skills, as well as managing and coaching your team to do the same.

What we're looking for...:

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service driving sales results across your team
• Confidence to motivate dozens of staff to achieve and exceed budgets + KPI's...
• Capable to manage & affect P&L reports
• Ability to manage huge inventory levels as a merchant - not just as a merchandiser...
• Highly organised & disciplined approach to planning for success
• Sensational, professional and strong communication skills
• Confidence liaising with your Direct Reports, incl. Head Office product / planning teams
• Understanding of current style and global trends
• Exceptional store & personal presentation skills
