To be considered a successful candidate you will need:

• At least 3yrs experience in Fashion Management
• Understand the true essence of Customer Service and be able to drive that leading from the front of your team
• A keen eye for detail and everything beautiful
• Great organisation skills and an understanding of efficiency
• To be an amazing communicator
• Empathic and understanding and be ready to coach, mentor and motivate your team
• Understand Retail KPI's and how they effect your business
