About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the Chadstone location for our client. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading a motivated team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You'll play a key role in driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and creating an engaging, enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive store sales and ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded through effective team management and operational excellence.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management in line with brand guidelines.
• Foster a positive store culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth within your team.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, stocktakes, and visual merchandising.
• Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring product knowledge and customer service skills are continuously improved.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
