The role:
The Accounts Payable Officer reconciles supplier accounts ensuring payments are completed correctly and within specified timeframes. You will be responsible for:

• Account Reconciliations
• Supplier payment queries
• Supplier processing pay runs
• Daily invoice processing
• Data reporting and document management

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2 plus years’ experience in an AP role
• Strong ability to understand supplier reconciliations
• Understanding of General Ledger Allocations
• Be someone who is super organised and disciplined with their work
• Has excellent relationship building skills with internal & external stakeholders
• Communicates well on the phone, face to face and via email
• Confident ability to investigate and resolve queries
• Strong computer skills including excel and ideally an ERP system
