We are seeking an available CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR who is looking for their next Metro opportunity within WESTERN AUSTRALIA.

The position:

This CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR will be a part of delivering residential projects across WA within a company that has a strong project pipeline. COMMERCIAL BUILDING EXPERENCE IS ESSENTIAL!!!

The Requirements:

• 2 +years' exposure to the commercial building industry
• Proficiency with contracts, procurement and managing variations.
• Negotiating Sub-contractor agreements (both up-stream and down-stream)
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Projects: Up to $30M - School Builds / Multi Residential Townhouses
• Solid residential background necessary.
