Our client is looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing and Events Coordinator to spearhead marketing efforts and manage events that boost brand visibility, client interaction, and business expansion. The perfect candidate will bring experience in event management, digital marketing, and brand development.

The Role:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties, services, and the brand
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and website updates
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Work with real estate agents to create tailored marketing strategies
• Analyse marketing performance and provide regular reports to management
• Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and promotional materials

The Person:

• Experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role within the Real Estate industry is preferred
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Suite, and CRM software
