A leading infrastructure solutions provider is seeking experienced construction managers and electrical supervisors to oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of site-based electrical works for major infrastructure projects across South Australia. Available Roles

Construction manager - Lead the overall delivery of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee project planning, site operations, and resource management while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Electrical supervisor - Directly supervise site crews, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring all electrical installation and construction activities align with project plans. You will play a key role in maintaining site safety, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical construction activities from planning to execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors, coordinating with project managers and engineers
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including ITPs and site inspections
• Optimize resources by effectively managing materials, equipment, and labour

These roles are site-based, with projects across South Australia. The standard roster is 11:3, working 10-hour days (overtime at double time and travel allowances apply). Rosters may vary depending on project requirements.

About You

You Bring:

• Extensive experience in heavy industrial/infrastructure electrical construction
• Experience in substation and/or renewable energy projects (highly desirable)
• Electrical trade certificate or electrical worker registration (SA) (for electrical supervisors)
• South Australian driver's licence
• Strong leadership and team management skills
