About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee transmission line projects across multiple locations. This role involves managing all aspects of construction, including tower erection, stringing, and civil works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll be leading a high-performing team, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and field teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transmission line construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee tower erection, stringing, and civil works, with a preference for candidates with strong stringing expertise.
• Coordinate schedules and resources across multiple sites.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections, ensuring all work is performed to industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks while managing project performance against objectives.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and clear direction to site teams.
• Engage with key stakeholders and ensure strong client relationships.
• Support commercial teams with tenders and contract bids.
