Reporting to the Credit Manager and working collaboratively among a close-knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:

A NORMAL DAY

• Follow up on overdue accounts through phone, email, and letters to ensure prompt payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly to maintain financial accuracy.
• Work with internal teams (sales, customer service) to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process and allocate payments.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging for management.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed.
• Stay informed on regulations and compliance requirements related to accounts receivable.
• Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency in accounts receivable functions.
• Provide general support to the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects.

HIGHLY DESIREABLE

• Intermediate level computer skills - MS Excel / word
• Familiar with Nexus / Pronto ERP
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles
