What you will do

As a clinical team leader at Western Plains, you will lead the strategic direction, policy development and service delivery for disability and complex needs services.

You will:

• Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and disability practitioners.
• Provide expert clinical oversight, ensuring best-practice interventions and risk management.
• Engage with custodial staff, forensic clinicians and external agencies to coordinate care and services.
• Oversee assessments, clinical programs and the integration of NDIS-related services within corrections.
• Ensure there is accurate data reporting and contribute to staff training and professional development.
