About the Role

As the Clinical Team Leader for CONNECTcare, you will:

• Lead a dynamic team of experienced clinicians, overseeing the clinical aspects of our mental health programs.
• Collaborate with the CONNECTcare team to triage referrals and ensure high-quality service delivery across Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu, and Kangaroo Island.
• Play a key role in managing and enhancing a variety of mental health programs that make a real impact in the community.

About You

You are a dedicated and organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You are comfortable managing a diverse workload and are skilled in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise and passion for mental health recovery, combined with your ability to lead and mentor a team, will ensure your success in this role.

Key Requirements:

• General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, or AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (candidates working towards mental health accreditation may also be considered).
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a mental health service, with a strong understanding of recovery-based models, risk assessment and interagency communication.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client software programs.
• Full driver’s license and Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
