About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join fun and friendly our team at Econo Lodge Gateway Motor Inn Tamworth. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is pleasant and memorable.

This is a Casual position.

What you will be doing

• Greeting and checking in/out guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone
• Assisting with luggage and providing concierge services as needed
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Resolving guest issues and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Effective communication and people skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in using hotel management software and technology.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
